Details
Integrating with Access EPOS starts with a customer-sponsored request through your Access account manager. We'll arrange a discovery call with our EPOS Product Team, your team, and the customer to understand your product, define integration expectations, and agree on the technical approach. Before accessing our test environment, you'll need to sign an NDA (shared via DocuSign), and if a partnership agreement is needed, we'll facilitate commercial discussions.
Once documentation is in place, we'll provide API documentation, test cases, and integration guides, followed by an initial technical call to review everything and answer questions. Throughout development, our team is available via email for ongoing technical support, and we'll provide test environment credentials for building and testing your integration. When ready, we'll conduct a sign-off meeting to validate all test cases, review payloads, and ensure error handling meets our standards. After successful sign-off, we'll hand over to our Professional Services team who will guide the customer onboarding process. For live integration support post-launch, our dedicated team is available 9am-9pm UK time to assist with any queries or issues.
