Refund Policy

Our refund policy only applies for unused consultancy services, and lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your service item must be unused from the time you purchased it. 

Several types of services are exempt from being returned. Subscription fees, and upgrades to subscriptions for vendors cannot be refunded. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to exploremore@exploretech.io with a reason the service is being returned. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at exploremore@exploretech.io.
