External Visitors

A premium booking interface on the hotel's own domain. Guests browse treatments, select their preferred therapist or let the system assign the best available match, and pay securely online. The experience is fully branded to the property; guests interact with the hotel's identity, not a third-party portal.


Real-Time Resource Coordination

Every booking triggers simultaneous validation of three resources: therapist availability, treatment room capacity, and specialized equipment. This triple validation happens within a single transaction at the database level, making double-bookings structurally impossible. When multiple guests book at the same moment, every confirmed appointment is guaranteed to have all required resources secured.

Google Cloud provides automatic redundancy across multiple data centres, continuous security monitoring, and compliance with international data protection standards. For your property, this means your system is always available, always protected, and always performing at its best. Each property receives its own dedicated cloud instance. Your system's performance and availability are never affected by other clients; there are no shared resources, no shared processing, and no shared risk.

Security

All traffic to and from your system is routed through Cloudflare's global security network. Cloudflare protects millions of websites worldwide, including major banks and government portals. It acts as an intelligent shield that automatically blocks cyber threats, DDoS attacks, and malicious traffic before they can reach your infrastructure. Your system benefits from the same level of protection used by the world's most security-conscious organisations.

Data Protection

Guest data is stored in PostgreSQL, the world's most trusted enterprise-grade database, chosen by financial institutions and healthcare organisations for its proven reliability, data integrity, and security track record spanning over 35 years. Each property has its own completely isolated database. Guest data from one property is never stored alongside, accessible to, or visible from another property.

All passwords are protected with bank-grade encryption. Authentication tokens (password resets, health form links, staff invitations) are single-use and time-limited. Sensitive data is automatically masked in system logs. All database queries use parameterised execution, preventing injection attacks by design.

Compliance: Full GDPR compliance. Data isolation by architecture. System access by invitation only.

Data Continuity and Backup

Your data is protected by automated daily backups and continuous transaction logging. In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, your system can be restored to its exact state. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations from your primary infrastructure, ensuring that even a complete data centre incident cannot result in data loss. Your booking history, guest profiles, health records, and operational configuration are preserved with the same level of care applied to financial records.

Languages

AURI Deployment Overview

Every AURI deployment is configured specifically for the property. This is not a one-size-fits-all platform with limited customisation options; each system is tailored to how your SPA actually operates.

Brand Identity

  • Custom domain: The system operates on your hotel's own URL (e.g., spa.yourhotel.com).
  • Your logo, colour palette, typography, and visual style applied throughout.
  • Light and dark theme options.
  • Separate visual configuration for the guest booking interface and the staff dashboard.
  • The guest experience carries your brand identity exclusively; AURI is invisible to your guests.

PWA Capability

Guests can save the booking page to their home screen as a branded app icon.

Operational Rules

  • Notification schedule: configure when and how guests receive reminders (email at 48h and 24h, SMS at 2h, or any combination that fits your operation).
  • Cancellation policy: set the minimum notice period your property requires (12h, 24h, 48h, or custom).
  • Default language: set the primary language for your property's interface.
  • Payment module: enable or disable online payments based on your billing model.
  • SMS module: enable or disable SMS notifications independently.
  • Health questionnaires: configure which health and medical questions are presented to guests, tailored to your treatment menu.

Each treatment is set up with its name and description (in up to three languages), duration, buffer time between appointments, pricing, and required resources.
