Casa Layer

Casa Layer is a cloud-based guest data infrastructure platform built for hotels, from independent properties with returning guests to mid-market hotel groups. It addresses fragmented guest information by connecting existing PMS, booking engines, POS, spa, table-booking and OTA systems and resolving them into a single Master Profile per guest.

Rather than offering a suite of operational applications, Casa Layer provides an independent guest data layer that works alongside a hotel’s existing technology stack without requiring system replacement. The platform exposes unified guest data through an open REST API and MCP server, enabling hotel teams, CRMs, guest apps and AI agents to access consistent guest information.

Casa Layer supports IT/CTO, operations directors, general managers and commercial teams, helping improve guest recognition, operational efficiency, data accessibility and commercial performance across the hotel organization.
