Samsotech Engage Application SERVER
A Cloud Server to host the Engage Pre-Check-in application (Either from Samsotech or can be provided by hotel); Windows Server with Microsoft SQL Server for attaching Engage DB. • If Hotel would like to use an on-premise Server, instead of cloud server, please see the required spec details below: • Quad Core 2.5 GHz or higher processor, 16GB RAM or higher, Windows Server 2016 or above, at least 1TB of HDD space, IIS 10+ or higher, MS SQL 2016 or higher, SSL Certificate for https, Public IP to be provided by the hotel to publish the engage application on the internet. • This above specification is for reference purpose only. Actual specification may change based on the Hotel specific requirements & expected usage calculations.
