Description
xnPOS GO is a fully contactless guest self-service solution for digital menus, ordering, and payment, empowering patrons to order from their own mobile device, be it for room service, dining outlets, or poolside. A key USP is its native-web design, eliminating the need for customers to download an app; guests simply scan a personalized QR code. Another advantage is the ability to charge orders directly to a guest's room folio or accept credit card payments.

The typical on-boarding time is 8-12 weeks following receipt of order, this depends on the customers ability to supply us with all the information we need, in particular their detailed menus and how they want panels / items to appear on the POS. We can do remote installs ( and this may be suitable for small F&B operations) but we typically provide on-site implementation , training and go-live cover. A typical on-site install project will be one week.
