Description
xnPOS has a focus on staff mobility and guest self service which helps hotels increase revenue, enhance guest service and reduce labour costs.
xnPOS is a highly flexible F&BPOS and covers the requirements of all styles of service including finer dining , casual table dining , café, bar , QSR , lobby pantries and guest self ordering and payment. xnPOS is one POS platform with a suite of native applications sitting on one database. XnPOS is installed at mainly hotels with limited F&B service but the real value of the system is gained by larger more complex F&B operations such as resorts.
It doesn't require integrations, although in a hotel environment it needs and interface to the PMS.

The typical on-boarding time is 8-12 weeks following receipt of order, this depends on the customers ability to supply us with all the information we need, in particular their detailed menus and how they want panels / items to appear on the POS. We can do remote installs ( and this may be suitable for small F&B operations) but we typically provide on-site implementation, training and go-live cover. A typical on-site install project will be one week.
xnPOS is a highly enterprise scalable solution. Our reporting suite includes group reporting.
