Security
All traffic to and from your system is routed through Cloudflare's global security network. Cloudflare protects millions of websites worldwide, including major banks and government portals. It acts as an intelligent shield that automatically blocks cyber threats, DDoS attacks, and malicious traffic before they can reach your infrastructure. Your system benefits from the same level of protection used by the world's most security-conscious organisations.
Data Protection
Guest data is stored in PostgreSQL, the world's most trusted enterprise-grade database, chosen by financial institutions and healthcare organisations for its proven reliability, data integrity, and security track record spanning over 35 years. Each property has its own completely isolated database. Guest data from one property is never stored alongside, accessible to, or visible from another property.
All passwords are protected with bank-grade encryption. Authentication tokens (password resets, health form links, staff invitations) are single-use and time-limited. Sensitive data is automatically masked in system logs. All database queries use parameterised execution, preventing injection attacks by design.

Data Continuity and Backup
Your data is protected by automated daily backups and continuous transaction logging. In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, your system can be restored to its exact state. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations from your primary infrastructure, ensuring that even a complete data centre incident cannot result in data loss. Your booking history, guest profiles, health records, and operational configuration are preserved with the same level of care applied to financial records.

The complete interface, both guest-facing booking experience and staff management dashboard, is available in English, Polish, and German. The system automatically detects the guest's browser language and presents the appropriate version. The default language is configurable per property.
