Guest-Journey is a 100% app-less digital guest experience platform built for hotels. Guests scan one QR code from anywhere on the property to access hotel services instantly in their browser, with no download or login required.
The platform handles F&B ordering, restaurant and spa bookings, guest services, digital concierge, upselling, external partner integrations, live feedback collection, and a full guest directory. Everything runs through a single branded interface with support for 7+ native languages.
QR codes are fully customizable to match the hotel's brand. The interface itself, including colors, content, and layout, is configured per property. Guest requests route directly to hotel teams in real time, and the platform collects no personal guest data.

No app download or installation required. Guests access the platform by scanning a QR code from any browser. QR codes are fully customizable and can be placed at any touchpoint across the property.
Guest-Journey is cloud-based and requires no on-premise hardware. Setup includes property configuration, branding, menu and service setup, and QR code placement across the property. Onboarding is handled by the TDH implementation team prior to launch.
Guest-Journey supports single properties and multi-property groups. The platform is configurable per property with independent branding, menus, and service offerings for each location.
