Configurations

Umni team provides a demo of an AI chatbot (1-hour online meeting) and a free 2-hour platform usage training session for the business team involved in the AI chatbot creation and management.


After the planning and information preparation stage are completed (planning for content and functionalities & preparing texts, images, and links), the actual AI chatbot creation may take from a few hours to a week, depending on the volume of the content and the complexity of the chatbot. The platform is a no-code service, therefore no technical knowledge or skills are required.
