PayOne’s “Pay@Reception” is a cloud-based solution that integrates seamlessly with OPERA PMS, both on-premises and cloud, as well as acquirers' payment devices through the Oracle Payment Interface (OPI). This portable software can integrate with any payment device within 6-8 weeks, offering hotels the flexibility to choose their preferred acquirer. 

The solution enables hotels to collect payments via the acquirer’s payment device, with booking fees displayed automatically on the device. Payments are posted in real-time to Opera PMS, enhancing transaction security. By automating these processes, PayOne’s solution eliminates human error, streamlines reconciliation, and reduces chargebacks for hotels. Ultimately, this enhances the overall guest experience by making the check-in and payment process smoother and more efficient.

Through OPI integration, PayOne receives payment instructions from OPERA PMS and forwards them to the designated payment device terminal. The payment device terminal then communicates with the acquirer host for authorization. Upon receiving the payment response from the payment terminal, PayOne tokenizes the card and updates the payment details back to OPERA PMS in real-time. This seamless process ensures that payment data flows securely and efficiently between systems. 

 

PayOne’s solution can be easily integrated with any financial partner and any payment device, minimizing the time and effort required to launch these services for hotels.

  • Void, Reversal, Refund, and Inquiry for the status of transactions.
