  • Find bookings arriving “today” and confirm booking details.
  • Retrieve booking information.
  • Update profile details and additional guest names.
  • Automatically show add-ons during the “Enhance Your Stay” step. Retrieve the guest bill and a detailed breakdown of their charges.
  • Request and receive payment for any additional charges.
  • Tokenised pre-authorisation of credit card.
  • Confirm details to generate room keys.
  • Add city taxes or resort fees that need to be paid at check-in
