Fari AI is the core automation and intelligence engine of the Fari platform. It connects seamlessly with a hotel’s existing systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, Micros/Infrasys POS, finance ERPs, and loyalty or GST tools) to automate repetitive, high-volume workflows across departments.

It combines a no-code automation builder with internal AI agents that work together to execute and optimize hotel operations:

• The automation builder lets teams design, deploy, and manage workflows for front office, housekeeping, finance, F&B, and engineering with intuitive drag-and-drop tools and pre-built templates.
• The AI agents securely perform these workflows across connected systems, continuously monitor key processes, flag anomalies, and trigger escalations or approvals in real time, all under role-based access and full audit logs.

Together, these components form a unified agentic layer that enables hotels to move from reactive to proactive operations, streamlining routine work, improving accuracy, and freeing staff to focus on guests rather than administration.
