- Cloud. Google Cloud: Cloud Run and Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL). High availability in production.
- Your own system. Your hotel group gets its own cloud project and each hotel its own database. Nothing is shared with other clients.
- Region. Frankfurt, Warsaw, Belgium or Doha.
- Backups. Point-in-time recovery for 7 days.
- Security. Encrypted connections and storage, hashed passwords, an audit log, admin and reception roles.
- Guest privacy. GDPR tools for export, erasure and consent. Guest data is anonymised after 24 months by default.
- Monitoring. Uptime checks and alerts.
- Updates. Your group gets new versions on its own schedule.
