AURI Booking Lifecycle Management
The Guest Booking Experience
AURI manages the complete booking lifecycle for hotel spa and wellness operations: from the moment a guest selects a treatment, through real-time resource allocation, to final billing at checkout.
Hotel Guests
Hotel guests scan a QR code placed in their room or around the property, opening the spa menu on the hotel's own domain. They select a treatment, choose an available time, and confirm. The entire process takes under 60 seconds. No app download. No registration. No account creation. Identity is verified against the hotel booking list through an email magic link with a 6-digit backup code.
Treatment charges are posted directly to the guest's folio via the property's integrated PMS (Mews, Oracle Opera Cloud, or Previo today; Cloudbeds and RoomRaccoon in development), ready for settlement at checkout.
The Guest Hub provides a tiled welcome page showing the guest's active bookings, past visits, and Quick Book shortcuts for faster rebooking of previous treatments.
External Visitors
A premium booking interface on the hotel's own domain. Guests browse treatments, select their preferred therapist or let the system assign the best available match, and pay securely online. Payments are processed through the payment gateway configured for the property: Stripe (EU/global) or Tap (MENA).
The experience is fully branded to the property; guests interact with the hotel's identity, not a third-party portal.
Real-Time Resource Coordination
Every booking triggers simultaneous validation of three resources: therapist availability, treatment room capacity, and specialised equipment. This triple validation happens within a single transaction using industrial-strength resource locking, making double bookings structurally impossible. When multiple guests book at the same moment, every confirmed appointment is guaranteed to have all required resources secured.
The system automatically distributes bookings across therapists to ensure even workload distribution and assigns treatment rooms based on equipment requirements, availability, and optional gender-based room preferences.

Payments
AURI ships with two production payment providers. Each deployment selects the gateway that best fits its market, regulatory environment, and currency needs:
Default supported currencies: PLN, EUR, USD, AED, SAR. Additional currencies can be enabled per provider on request.
Automatic payment confirmation via webhooks. Idempotent processing ensures no duplicate charges. Daily and weekly payment statistics in the management dashboard.
Notifications: Email, SMS, WhatsApp
Three independent channels, configurable per property with preferred-order routing:
Each channel can be independently enabled, disabled, or prioritized. The system falls back gracefully between channels on delivery failure.
Website Integration
AURI connects directly to your hotel's existing website. Embeddable "Book Online" buttons, service cards, or a full booking iframe can be placed on any page of your current site, allowing guests to begin their SPA booking journey without leaving your domain.
For properties seeking a complete digital refresh, we also design and build fully integrated hotel websites, with the booking engine woven directly into the site architecture.
PMS Integration
AURI ships with live adapters for three hotel PMS platforms (Mews, Oracle Opera Cloud OHIP, and Previo), with Cloudbeds and RoomRaccoon in active development. Each adapter implements the same gateway interface, so the core booking engine treats all PMSes identically — feature parity is preserved regardless of which PMS the property uses.
For properties on other systems (Protel, Fidelio, proprietary PMSes), we engineer a dedicated adapter using the same interface pattern. Contact us to discuss your specific integration needs.

Infrastructure
AURI runs on Google Cloud Platform, one of the world's most secure and reliable cloud environments, used by major financial institutions, healthcare organisations, and government agencies. Google Cloud provides automatic redundancy across multiple data centres, continuous security monitoring, and compliance with international data protection standards.
Each property receives its own dedicated GCP project with isolated Cloud Run services and Cloud SQL instances. The client owns the GCP project; AURI manages the infrastructure via a scoped service account. Your system's performance and availability are never affected by other clients; there are no shared resources, no shared processing, and no shared risk.
Security
All traffic between services is routed over a private virtual cloud. For public domains, industrial-strength encryption is enforced.
Authentication: High-security password hashing and server-side sessions. Access tokens for password resets or staff invitations are single-use and time-limited. All system interactions are protected against common web vulnerabilities by design.
Data Protection
Guest data is stored in one of the world's most trusted enterprise-grade databases, chosen by financial institutions for its proven reliability and data integrity. Each property has its own completely isolated data environment. Guest data from one property is never stored alongside, accessible to, or visible from another property.
Sensitive data is automatically masked in system logs. Payment tokens are never logged or stored on our infrastructure — all payment processing is handled securely by the gateway (Stripe or Tap).
Data Continuity and Backup
Your data is protected by automated daily backups and continuous logging. Backups are stored in geographically separate regions from your primary infrastructure. Point-in-time recovery is supported for the last 7 days; longer retention is available.
Languages
The complete interface — both guest-facing booking experience and staff management dashboard — is shipped in English, Polish, and German. An Arabic version is available on request.
The system automatically detects the guest's browser language and presents the appropriate version. The default language is configurable per property.
Currency
Multi-currency payment processing via two gateways (Stripe and Tap). Default supported currencies include PLN, EUR, USD, AED, and SAR. Additional currencies can be enabled on request.
Platform
AURI is a cloud application. There is nothing to download, nothing to install, and no dedicated hardware required. The entire system is hosted in the cloud and accessed through a standard web browser.
Requirements to operate AURI:
That is all. Staff open a browser, navigate to your property's URL, and log in. Guests scan a QR code or visit your booking page. There are no software installations, no app store downloads, and no IT infrastructure to maintain on your end.
AURI works on any device and any operating system including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. If it has a browser, it runs AURI.
Every AURI deployment is configured specifically for the property. This is not a one-size-fits-all platform with limited customisation options; each system is tailored to how your SPA actually operates.

Turnkey Onboarding
You do not configure any of this yourself. Our onboarding covers every step from provisioning to go-live. We provision your dedicated cloud infrastructure, set up your domain, apply your branding, populate your treatment database, configure therapist schedules, define room and equipment resources, set notification rules, and activate your system.
By the time your team logs in for the first time, everything is ready and operational. You provide the information; we handle the entire technical setup.
AURI is built on what we call the Box Model; a dedicated-instance architecture that provides natural, built-in scalability.
Property-Level Isolation
Each property operates on its own dedicated Google Cloud project: its own Cloud SQL instance, its own Cloud Run services, its own domain. Adding a new property to your portfolio never impacts the performance, security, or availability of your existing properties. There is no shared processing, no shared storage, and no shared risk.
Predictable Performance
Because each property runs on dedicated resources, performance is consistent and predictable regardless of booking volume. During peak seasons, high-demand periods, or promotional campaigns, your system performs exactly as it does on a quiet Tuesday. There is no "noisy neighbour" effect that plagues shared platforms, where one client's traffic spike degrades the experience for everyone else.
Growth Within a Property
As your SPA operation expands (more therapists, more treatment rooms, additional services, higher booking volume), your dedicated instance scales to match. Resources are allocated specifically for your property's needs and can be adjusted as your operation evolves.
Multi-Property Portfolios
Hotel groups and chains deploying AURI across multiple locations benefit directly from the Box Model. Each property receives its own tailored system, configured independently to match its specific operational requirements, treatment menu, branding, and local market. At the same time, the deployment model ensures consistent quality, security standards, and operational reliability across the entire portfolio.
For chains, AURI Aggregator provides a group-level overlay: a unified read-only dashboard that surfaces live performance metrics across every property. The aggregator polls each property's authenticated metrics API every 5 minutes (default, configurable) — it never merges databases, never exposes one property's data to another, and never writes to tenant systems. The dashboard is white-labelled per chain with custom colours, fonts, logo, and branding.
The Aggregator dashboard provides:
Deployment
New property deployments follow a structured, automated onboarding process: infrastructure provisioning, branding configuration, service setup, staff training, and supervised go-live. Every step is repeatable and isolated from existing deployments, so new properties go live on their own timeline without impacting any other client.
The dedicated-instance model means new deployments require zero coordination with existing clients; your new location goes live on its own timeline, with no dependencies.
