We are launching four subscription options: Launch, Accelerate, Transform, and Transform+.

All payments are handled via the ExploreTECH platform and supported by Stripe. Stripe only supports VISA and Mastercard in the Middle East. For any payment-related inquiries or to receive an invoice, please contact our team at accounts@exploretech.io.

The Launch subscription is our free option, which includes basic access to our platform and limited marketing materials (1 per product).

The Accelerate subscription includes:

The Transform subscription includes all the benefits of the Accelerate subscription plus:

Hosting product training organized by ExploreTECH (Virtual) with a relevant audience on a pre-booking basis with a minimum subscription of 8 months
Personalized content created throughout the year

The Transform+ subscription includes all the benefits of the Transform subscription plus:

Participation in several events (at the vendor's choice), including trade show participation at an ExploreTECH stand or ExploreTECH's bespoke ET Convergence events

Yes, annual payments receive a 10% discount for all subscription levels except Transform+. The Transform+ subscription must be paid annually upfront due to the inclusion of event participation.

Yes, you can choose to pay for your subscription monthly or annually. However, the Transform+ subscription is only available with an annual payment upfront.

We accept payments via VISA and Mastercard, supported by Stripe.

No, we do not refund subscription fees. All sales are final.

No, subscriptions are for a minimum of 1 year. We do not accept cancellations within the first year.

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew after 1 year unless the ExploreTECH team is informed with 1 month notice.

Any non-utilized benefits from subscriptions related to events which are not used within the subscription period will not be refunded or carried over to the second year of the subscription.

Paying subscriptions receive the following extra value:
