Ospivia

Ospivia is an Italian hospitality operations software project for independent hotels and small hotel groups. It provides a browser-based workspace for shift handovers, role-based recurring checklists, issue tracking and operating procedures. The product is designed for front office, housekeeping, maintenance and management teams that currently coordinate daily work through paper, messaging apps and spreadsheets. Ospivia is currently offered through a guided 90-day implementation pilot that maps one property’s routines, configures workflows, onboards staff and reviews adoption with management.
